Fresh Start From an Old Beginning

A lot of people are affiliated with some religion (even if it means you don't believe in anything. That's a religion too). I am a Christian. I still remember the day I sat on the couch with my dad and he told me what to say to be saved. I was only eight-years old. Now, I am eighteen. After ten years I have come across many obstacles that I had to fight by myself. I have learned a lot while growing up (Who doesn't?), but I wanted to share my daily struggle with people who are mostly interested in keeping up with faith.

I have created this blog called, "Faith In Envelopes" to show people that a little faith everyday can take you places you have never been before. While writing little letters to God, I will explore different areas in my thought that I don't usually touch upon regularly. My bible sits in a box and my prayers are left unsaid at night. What a better way to keep on track then to write letters daily?

Personally, I find keeping up in faith is a very difficult thing and I am willing to showcase my struggles and my mind with others because I know that someone somewhere will come across my blog and they will find inspiration. Well, I hope someone somewhere will find inspiration from an eighteen-year old or as much inspiration as they are willing to find.

I hope for the best for me and for everyone else. It's all right to try again many times. It just shows your determined side. How sexy is that?

Enjoy your summer!
